Epsom is the perfect venue for your celebration, meeting or event.

Our experienced team is very professional and will assist you with your preparations and ensure that your event is a great success. Our specialism is for smaller events with up to 100 guests held in our historic Clubhouse, which has ample free parking directly outside. The three function rooms we use for events are the Main Bar and Lounge area, The Committee Room and the upstairs Beamed Dining Room, for more details see the CLUBHOUSE page of the website.

The Club's experienced Head Chef provides catering to a very high standard for every event, from a simple buffet to a meal of high cuisine, with all food being freshly prepared on the day. A wide choice of menus and refreshments are available for you to choose from, however we understand that every event is different and personal to you, so will be delighted to tailor the event to your specific requirements including menus and room layout, to make sure the event is how you want it to be.

Epsom’s Clubhouse is a peaceful and tranquil setting for your funeral reception, at a traditional and friendly Club. We have a variety of facilities to offer and can accommodate any size of gathering of up to 100 guests. Our dedicated events team have many years of experience and will attend to your requirements with sympathy and understanding, creating an event that reflects you and your loved one, ensuring it runs smoothly and with ease at this difficult time.

 

MEETINGS

Epsom can offer facilities to host a meeting, seminar or small conference. Experience the traditional yet relaxed setting and courteous level of service. Our smaller meeting room, The Committee Room on the ground floor, is perfect for meetings. If you wish to hold a larger meeting or conference The Beamed Dining Room on the first floor, with its panoramic views of the course, provides the ideal setting.

Why not follow up your meeting with a game of golf, or play snooker in the club’s oak-timbered snooker room? All delegates have full use of the bar facilities and the Head Chef is able to provide catering to a very high standard.
